FAQ
Does the auto-off timer work if someone uses the wall switch?
Yes. The timer fires however the switch was turned on — app, voice, schedule, or a manual wall toggle. You do not need to train family members to use the app.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The wall switch always works. Pre-set schedules and auto-off timers run locally on the module without internet. Only remote access from outside the home needs internet.
What is Safe Mode?
Safe Mode is a built-in voltage protection feature. When enabled, the module automatically disconnects the enrolled appliance if voltage rises above 280V or drops below 200V — protecting against damage.
