Modular Touch Fan Dimmer RPro
The Beakn Modular Touch Fan Dimmer RPro is a capacitive, WiFi-enabled fan-speed controller that replaces the mechanical fan regulator module in your existing ROMA-format switchplate. It delivers smooth, hum-free fan control across 5 speed steps, handles fan loads up to 80W, and brings full smart-home capability — scheduling, voice control, app automation, and offline reliability — to an ordinary ceiling fan. No hub is required, no subscription is charged, and your existing ROMA-format plate stays on the wall.
The RPro designation means it snaps directly into ROMA-format plates: Anchor Roma, Legrand Myrius, GM Modular, Havells Crabtree, and 25+ other ROMA-compatible Indian brands. The identical product in Vihan-format plate locking is the VPro variant (for Schneider Vihan / ZENcelo plates).

What changes, what stays
•Your existing ROMA-format plate stays on the wall
•Only the mechanical fan-regulator module is removed and replaced with the Beakn touch module
•Wiring connections remain the same; no new cables need to be run to the plate
Pre-installation checklist
1.Confirm your plate brand — Anchor Roma, Legrand Myrius, GM Modular, Havells Crabtree, or any ROMA-compatible brand → RPro is correct
2.Confirm a neutral wire is present at the switchboard — required on all Beakn Modular Touch variants; most Indian switchboards already have one; your electrician confirms during install
3.Confirm fan motor load — must be 80W or less (covers virtually all standard Indian ceiling fans)
Installation steps
1.Switch off MCB / isolate power at the switchboard
2.Remove the existing mechanical fan-regulator module from the ROMA plate
3.Connect line, load, and neutral wires to the Beakn touch module terminals
4.Snap the module into the ROMA plate — same locking format, no tools for the plate
5.Restore power; the LED indicator confirms the module is live
6.Connect to WiFi via the Beakn app and configure speed schedules, LED colours, and Night Mode
