Modular Touch HD RPro
The Modular Touch HD RPro is Beakn's heavy-duty capacitive touch switch module designed for higher-load applications. It snaps directly into any ROMA-format modular plate — replacing the existing mechanical switch module — so your plate, your wall box, and your wiring stay exactly as they are. Like every Beakn Modular Touch variant, it connects over WiFi (no hub required), responds to touch, app, voice, and NFC, and runs all 20 smart features with no subscription fee.
The RPro designation means it uses ROMA-format plate-locking, making it compatible with Anchor Roma, Legrand Myrius, GM Modular, Havells Crabtree, and 25+ other ROMA-compatible Indian plate brands. What You Need Before Installing
1.A ROMA-format modular plate — Anchor Roma, Legrand Myrius, GM Modular, Havells Crabtree, or any of 25+ ROMA-compatible Indian brands
2.A neutral wire available at the switchboard — required on all Modular Touch variants; confirm with your electrician before purchase
3.A 2.4GHz WiFi network — no hub required
Installation Process
1.Switch off the MCB for the circuit being worked on
2.Remove the existing mechanical switch module from the ROMA plate — the plate and wiring stay in place
3.Connect the Beakn Modular Touch HD RPro module to the existing wiring (Live, Neutral, Load)
4.Snap the module into the ROMA plate using the ROMA plate-locking mechanism
5.Restore power and follow the in-app setup to connect to WiFi and configure channels
6.Customise LED colours, Night Mode, and schedules in the Beakn app
